Acrylic
We use cast PMMA acrylic for all of our custom acrylic work. Acrylic is durable, versatile, and quite attractive, making it ideal for a lot of applications. It's also an extremely safe plastic; it contains no harmful chemicals (such as Bisphenol-A) making it food-safe and nearly entirely hypoallergenic. Acrylic is also stable in sunlight and weather, making it equally able to thrive indoors or out. Available in a wide variety of colors and styles, our acrylics give you options other materials can only dream about.
All of our acrylics are made in Minnesota, so all of our custom acrylic products are totally made in the USA!

Opaque Series
Our Opaque acrylics provide a solid, uniform color that offers a striking appearance. All Opaque acrylics are finished in both gloss and matte styles, allowing us to use the surface style that will work best for the piece you've designed. Opaque acrylics can be enhanced with color fills on many pieces, allowing us to give engraved text and graphics beautiful, eye-catching contrast.
Translucent Series
Providing breathtaking effects, our Translucent acrylics pick up ambient light and shadow, giving them a dynamic appearance. In bright light, their colors are vibrantly expressed, while in more subtle light, they take on a more delicate hue. Translucent acrylics look particularly beautiful in freestanding pieces and standoff signage. Like our Opaque acrylics, Translucent acrylics have both matte and gloss finishes, and can often be augmented with color fills to make engraved text and art really pop.
Transparent Series
Some of our most visually impactful acrylics, the Transparent series features vibrant colors and amazing interactions with light. Cut edges of Transparent acrylics concentrate light, producing brilliant lines and edges, particularly under bright light. For a truly eye-popping effect, Transparent acrylics - particularly Citron, Flamingo, and Lemon Zest - will glow under UV light! (We should've said "groovy effect," shouldn't we. Shucks.)
Please be aware that these colors are RGB approximations of our acrylics. These swatches represent the expected color under ideal, white light. Appearance will differ under other lighting. Additionally, the trueness of these colors can be affected by the calibration of your monitor; in particular, monitors set to "warm" or "cool" color modes will alter the appearance of these colors.
