Rather than delivering a potentially wasted drink, use an Enduratoken! Essentially a short-term gift certificate, the token can be turned in for the drink. Use either a single style to limit bought drinks to only a few options, or use several tiers of tokens - one for basic beer, one for basic mixed drinks, and one for top-shelf. And don't forget the grill; when the place is packed and your servers slammed, it's handy to have a token to give a patron who's paid for an appetizer - your server picks up the token as proof of payment when the food is delivered.
