Here are some answers to questions we've received:

I notice that there aren't price breaks for various quantities. Are there discounts for buying in bulk?
Sorry, but no, there aren't. Unlike job shops which will configure a production line for a specific job, and thus making more items is more efficient, laser engraving isn't a production line system. Pieces require loading, positioning, and processing no matter what, so whether we're making one or one thousand of something, it's the same amount of work for each piece every time.

Will you do pieces for same-sex weddings and events?
Of course yes...why do you ask? We don't condone discriminatory content in our orders, so we sure won't tolerate it as part of operating procedure. So, yes, we'll happily produce wedding, anniversary, or other event items for you. Congratulations, by the way!

How quickly can you get a piece to me?

That depends on a few factors: how complicated your piece is (which affects design and production time), how quickly you approve the design (which affects when we can start), and shipping method (which affects how quickly it gets from us to you). If you need something fast, let us know when you contact us and we'll see what we can do. There will be a rush charge both for production and for faster shipping, determined by piece.

Where are your gifts and such made?
All over, really. Whenever possible, though, we will buy items made in the USA. Any item that we can guarantee all parts were made and assembled in the USA will be marked with a Made in the USA sigil.

Can you do items with trademarked or copyrighted graphics, images, or text?
Only if you're A) the copyright holder (of which we'll need proof), or B) have written authorization to use the content (in which case we'll need a copy). Team, company, or organization logos, characters, and similar content are copyrighted by their owning organization, which means that particular content cannot be used by anyone else unless a license is acquired (and, more importantly, paid for). So unless you fall into category A or B above, sorry, but the answer has to be no. And, incidentally, if you supply written authorization that's forged, Constellation Services LLC accepts no responsibility for the unauthorized use of the copyrighted or trademarked content, and all legal liability is upon you, the person who placed the order and provided the false note.

Why do you guys have CAPTCHA words on your e-mail forms?
We know; we hate CAPTCHA, too. (Fun fact: so does the guy who invented them. True story.) But we hate spam a lot more. This is a temporary measure, however, and we expect to be moving to a better solution soon. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and apologize for the annoyance.
